About Us:

We are a garment cum display/hardgoods design company engaged in creating cutting-edge samples and managing diverse materials. With multiple specialized stores (Fabric Store, Display Store, IT Store, etc.), we are looking for a responsible and detail-oriented Store Keeper to manage and streamline our inventory and store operations.

Key Responsibilities:

- Inventory Management

- Manage inventory requisitions, purchase order receipts, and materials received registers (MRR).

- Maintain stock levels for all consumables and raw materials across multiple stores (fabric, display, IT, etc.).

- Conduct monthly store reconciliation and ensure records tally with physical stock.

- Prepare and maintain Material Receipt Notes (MRN) & Material Issue Notes (MIN) through Material Management Software.

- Store Operations

- Execute all day-to-day store functions as per Standard Operating Procedures (SOP).

- Ensure systematic storage, labeling, and issue of stock/materials.

- Maintain store stock registers and asset registers (manual & ERP).

- Track daily progress reports (DPR) and update ERP/software regularly.





- Dispatch & Logistics

- Organize dispatch of samples, materials, and finished items as per project requirements.

- Ensure timely delivery and proper documentation for dispatches.

- Compliance & Control

- Maintain minimum/maximum stock levels and re-order triggers.

- Implement proper stock issue methods (FIFO/LIFO/Batch wise, as applicable).

- Review and monitor store operations for accuracy and efficiency.

- Coordination

- Work closely with Design, Production, Admin, and Purchase teams for material flow.

- Support audits and provide reports as and when required.

Qualifications & Skills:

- Graduate / Diploma in Store Management, Supply Chain, or related field.

- experience in store management, preferably in garment, display, or hardgoods industry.

- Strong organizational and record-keeping skills.

- Basic knowledge of purchase processes and dispatch procedures.

- Good communication and coordination abilities.
