Role & responsibilities

Role Descriptions: Key responsibilities include detailed configuration and maintenance of FI-CA components. The role involves business analysis| including requirements gathering and fit-gap analysis. Candidates will be responsible for driving RICEF technical development and ensuring effective collaboration with offshore and onsite teams. Troubleshooting and problem resolution are also critical aspects of the role. Additionally| creating high-level test traceability matrices and conducting training sessions are expected.
Essential Skills: Detailed configuration & maintenance experience in the following FI-CA components: oDunning oPayments (including Cash Desk and Returns)



oAccount Determination of Settlement Rules oWrite-Offs / Value Adjustments oRefunds oSecurity Deposits oPromise To Pay oInterest Excellent knowledge of the interfacing needs with 3rd party applicationsBusiness Analysis experience; requirements gathering| fit-gap analysis| application mapping Excellent analysis and design| troubleshooting and problem resolution skillsShould be able to drive RICEF technical development including Functional SpecificationsShould have expertise in capturing business requirements| validation of the requirements and understanding the implication of Testing for those business scenarios| create High level Test Traceability Matrix| training and testingCollaborate with team from Offshore and Onsite
