We are seeking a Electrical Engineer to design, develop, integrate, and test electrical systems for unmanned aerial vehicles (UAVs). The ideal candidate will work closely with multidisciplinary teams to develop reliable power systems, flight electronics, and payload integrations while ensuring high performance, safety, and regulatory compliance.

Key Responsibilities

- Design and develop electrical architectures for UAV platforms.
- Select and integrate components such as motors, ESCs, batteries, power distribution boards, sensors, GPS modules, radios, and communication systems.
- Design and validate PCB schematics and layouts for UAV electronics.
- Develop and optimize battery management and power distribution systems.
- Integrate flight controllers, telemetry modules, and onboard payloads.
- Perform electrical testing, debugging, and troubleshooting of UAV systems.
- Conduct hardware-in-the-loop (HIL), bench, and flight validation tests.
- Analyze power consumption and optimize system efficiency and flight endurance.
- Ensure compliance with EMI/EMC, electrical safety, and aviation standards.
- Collaborate with mechanical, avionics, embedded software, and firmware engineers.
- Prepare technical documentation, wiring diagrams, BOMs, and test reports.
- Support prototype development, field testing, and product certification activities.

Required Qualifications





- Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronics Engineering, or a related field.
- Experience in electrical system design for drones, robotics, aerospace, or embedded systems.
- Knowledge of DC power systems, battery technologies (LiPo/Li-ion), and Battery Management Systems (BMS).
- Familiarity with BLDC motors, ESCs, power electronics, and motor control.
- Experience with PCB design tools such as Altium Designer, KiCad, Eagle, or OrCAD.
- Understanding of communication protocols such as CAN, UART, SPI, IC, USB, and Ethernet.
- Experience with oscilloscopes, logic analyzers, multimeters, and electronic test equipment.
- Basic understanding of embedded systems and microcontrollers.
- Robust analytical, troubleshooting, and documentation skills.

Preferred Skills

- Experience with PX4 or ArduPilot flight controllers.
- Knowledge of UAV avionics and autopilot systems.
- Familiarity with RF communication, telemetry, GNSS/GPS, and antenna integration.
- Experience with MATLAB/Simulink for modeling and simulation.
- Understanding of EMI/EMC testing and electrical certification.
- Knowledge of aerospace reliability and environmental testing.
- Familiarity with DO-160, IPC, or other relevant aerospace/electronics standards.
- Experience in rapid prototyping and system integration.
