Job Summary:

The Operations Manager Sales will be responsible for managing and streamlining backend sales operations, ensuring accurate data processing, efficient documentation, and seamless coordination with internal teams and clients. The role requires strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage large volumes of sales and billing data while maintaining operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Sales Data Processing & Management

- Manage end-to-end sales data processing activities.
- Ensure accuracy and timely updating of sales records and reports.
- Analyze sales data to identify trends, discrepancies, and performance insights.
- Maintain and monitor CRM/database systems for data integrity.

2. Data Operations & Backend Management

- Oversee daily backend operations related to sales processes.
- Ensure smooth functioning of data flow between sales, finance, and operations teams.
- Implement process improvements for operational efficiency.
- Handle bulk data management and reporting requirements.

3. Documentation & Compliance

- Maintain proper documentation of sales transactions, agreements, and records.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and audit requirements.
- Prepare and manage reports, MIS, and operational dashboards.

4. Billing Data Coordination

- Coordinate with clients for billing-related data and validations.




- Ensure accurate preparation and submission of billing data.
- Work closely with the finance team to resolve discrepancies.
- Track invoicing cycles and ensure timely closures.

5. Client Communication

- Act as a point of contact for clients regarding data, billing, and operational queries.
- Ensure timely and skilled communication with stakeholders.
- Build strong relationships with clients to ensure smooth operations.

6. Team Coordination & Process Improvement

- Collaborate with sales, finance, and operations teams for alignment.
- Identify gaps in processes and implement corrective measures.
- Train and guide team members on data handling and operational processes.

Key Requirements:

Education:

- Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Operations, or a related field.
- MBA (preferred).

Experience:

- Minimum 4-6 years of experience in sales operations, data management, or backend operations.
- Experience in handling sales MIS, billing data, and client coordination.
