Job Title: 3D Creative Sculptor & Product Designer

About the Role:

Diviniti Group is looking for a highly creative 3D Creative Sculptor & Product Designer to design religious idols, spiritual figurines, decorative articles, gifting products and other resin-based products.

The selected candidate will convert creative concepts, sketches, photographs and reference images into detailed three-dimensional digital models. The candidate will also prepare the models for 3D printing, operate or coordinate the 3D-printing process, inspect the printed output and make necessary corrections until an approved physical master is produced.

Key Responsibilities:

- Understand product briefs, religious themes, customer requirements and market preferences.
- Develop original concepts for idols, spiritual products, figurines, decorative articles and premium gifting products.
- Convert two-dimensional artwork, photographs or approved references into complete 360-degree digital models.




- Develop both organic sculptures and simple product components such as bases, platforms, frames and accessories.
- Understand feedback from the team responsible for mould-making and resin production.

Required Skills:

- Robust proficiency in ZBrush or equivalent digital-sculpting software.
- Working proficiency in Blender, Maya or 3ds Max.
- Ability to sculpt human faces, hands, garments and ornamental details.
- Understanding of anatomy, proportions, posture and facial expressions.
- Ability to prepare watertight and print-ready STL files

Key Result Areas:

- Number of original concepts developed every month.
- Number of approved digital models completed.
- Accuracy of facial expressions, anatomy and proportions.
- Quality of garments, ornaments, crowns and decorative detailing.

Preferred Qualifications:

- Bachelors or Diploma in Fine Arts or Sculpture;
- Bachelor’s or Diploma in Product Design, Industrial Design, Animation, Game Art or 3D Design;
- Professional certification in ZBrush, Blender, Maya or related 3D software.
