Role & responsibilities

*Co-ordinate effectively with Kitchen, service, bar , house keeping , maintanance and hr

*Build a positive, respectful abd performance driven work culture through robust leadership and team development

*Ensure SOP compliance , hygiene , safety and quality standards are consistently maintained

*Recruit, train, coach and evalute team members while fostering emplyee management and accountability

Preferred candidate profile

*Degree or Diploma in Hotel Management, Hospitality Management or related field

*Minimum 8-11 years of experince in Premium restaurants and fine dining establishments

*Mature, positive and professional approach with the ability to build a healthy , high performance work culture

*Hands-on leader who is visible on the floor , leads by example and thrives in a fast paced envoirnment

*Strong understanding of restaurant operations, Sop implementation, guest experince and manpower planning , cost management and inventory control

*Experience in opening new outlets, improving operational efficiency, and driving buisness growth will be an added advantage
