Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central Functional Consultant to lead end-to-end ERP implementations and support business transformation initiatives. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in Business Central Finance and Trade modules, stakeholder management, and project leadership.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead end-to-end Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central implementation projects.
- Conduct requirement gathering, fit-gap analysis, solution design, configuration, testing, training, and go-live support.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders and translate business requirements into functional specifications.
- Configure and support Finance, Trade & Logistics, Manufacturing, and Warehouse Management modules.
- Provide expertise in Service Management processes (preferred).
- Conduct workshops,



UAT sessions, and user training programs.
- Lead project teams and ensure successful project delivery within timelines.
- Work on bi-directional integrations with external systems.
- Coordinate with technical teams for customizations, integrations, and reporting needs.
- Provide post-go-live support and continuous process improvement recommendations.
