Key Responsibilities

- End-to-end accounting and books finalization
- Monthly, quarterly and annual closing
- Balance Sheet and P&L; finalization
- GST compliance, reconciliations and return filing
- TDS calculation, payment, returns and reconciliation
- Accounts Payable & Accounts Receivable management
- Bank, vendor, customer and ledger reconciliations
- Statutory Audit, Tax Audit and Internal Audit coordination
- Monitoring receivables, payables and outstanding balances
- Ensuring timely statutory and regulatory compliances
- Strengthening accounting controls and documentation
- Management reporting and financial data accuracy
- Coordination with CA, auditors, consultants, banks and management
- Building and strengthening the Accounts & Finance team

Candidate Profile:

- 8+ years of relevant Accounts & Finance experience
- Proven team-handling experience Mandatory
- Strong knowledge of GST, TDS and statutory compliance
- Strong experience in Balance Sheet finalization and audits
- Excellent accounting and reconciliation skills
- Robust Excel and ERP/accounting software knowledge
- Leadership and problem-solving capabilities
- Ability to independently take ownership of the Accounts departmentRole & responsibilities
