Roles and Responsibilities :
- Design, develop, and deploy data science models using machine learning algorithms such as regression, decision trees, random forests, neural networks, XGBoost, and retrieval augmented generation.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify business problems and design solutions that leverage data insights.
- Develop predictive models to drive business outcomes by analyzing large datasets and identifying trends.
- Communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders through explicit documentation and visualizations.
Job Requirements :
- 3-6 years of experience in data science or a related field.
- Strong proficiency in programming languages Python/R/Java/C++ for building predictive models.
- Experience with machine learning frameworks like scikit-learn/TensorFlow/PyTorch/XGBoost.
