Role & responsibilities:
1. Hiring for 3 locations specifically ( Jharsa, Mahipalpur & Palam)
2. Responsible for meeting target collections and recoveries.
3. Ensuring recoveries with minimum delinquency.
4. Monitor and manage the collection performance of vehicle loan portfolios within the assigned area.
5. Drive resolution of non-performing and high-risk accounts.
6. Ensure timely recovery of overdue installments and maintain delinquency levels within organizational targets.
Preferred candidate profile
1. Must be a Graduate with 5 years of experience in Vehicle loans collection.
2. Age- Less than 35.
3. Must have Bike & License.
4. Proper educational, KYC and Experience documentation must be available.
5. Must have a team handling Experience.
