The candidate will lead the implementation of 5D BIM methodologies by integrating 3D models with project scheduling and cost management, ensuring improved planning, coordination, and decision-making across infrastructure and building projects.

- Develop, manage, and coordinate 3D/4D/5D BIM models throughout the project lifecycle.
- Integrate BIM models with project schedules and cost estimates to support planning, monitoring, and reporting.
- Perform model coordination, clash detection, and constructability reviews using industry-standard tools.
- Establish and enforce BIM standards, workflows, and quality assurance processes in line with ISO 19650.
- Manage Common Data Setting (CDE)

- Automate BIM workflows using Dynamo, Python, or other scripting tools to improve efficiency.
