We are urgently hiring Tele-Caller Executives for our Delhi-based company. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication, basic computer knowledge and a responsible attitude towards work.
Role & responsibilities
- Make inbound and outbound calls as per the provided database
- Handle customer queries professionally and courteously
- Maintain call records and basic reports in Word/Excel
- Perform regular office activities along with tele-calling duties
- Follow company processes and meet performance targets
- Coordinate with internal teams when required
Preferred candidate profile
- Valuable verbal and written communication skills in English & Hindi
- Basic knowledge of MS Word & MS Excel
- Computer literate with knowledge of Internet surfing & social media platforms
- Responsible, punctual and disciplined
- Must be Graduate
