Job Summary

We are looking for a highly skilled Senior SAP FICO Consultant with 7-10 years of robust SAP consulting experience. The ideal candidate should have hands-on expertise in SAP Finance and Controlling (FICO) and must have successfully completed at least 2-3 end-to-end SAP implementation projects on SAP Public Cloud. The candidate should possess excellent business process knowledge, strong client-facing skills, and the ability to independently manage implementation and support activities.

Key Responsibilities

- Gather, analyze, and document business requirements for Finance and Controlling processes.
- Configure and implement SAP FICO solutions based on business requirements.
- Lead workshops, blueprinting, fit-gap analysis, solution design, testing, and user training.
- Handle end-to-end implementation activities including configuration, testing, data migration, cutover, and go-live support.
- Integrate SAP FICO with MM, SD, PP, PM, SF and other SAP modules.
- Prepare functional specifications for custom developments and coordinate with technical consultants.
- Support UAT, issue resolution,



and post-go-live stabilization.
- Provide production support and troubleshoot functional issues.
- Ensure project deliverables are completed within agreed timelines and quality standards.

Educational Qualification

- Bachelors degree in Commerce, Finance, Accounting or a related discipline.
- MBA (Finance), CA, CMA, or equivalent qualification will be an added advantage.

- Strong consulting mindset with excellent client interaction skills.
- Ability to lead discussions and recommend best-fit SAP solutions.
- Self-driven, proactive, and capable of managing multiple priorities.
- Willingness to work from the Delhi office and travel to client locations, if required.
