Draft Contribution Agreements, Deeds, and support side letters (SEBI compliant).

Maintain investor capital summaries (contributions, distributions, NAV).
Liaise with RTA, Custodian, & Compliance teams.
Ensure KYC/AML/FATCA & SEBI AIF compliance.

Required Candidate profile

4+ years in AIF
Robust knowledge of SEBI AIF regulations.
