Design, develop, and maintain custom PL/SQL programs, interfaces, conversions, and reports (RICE components) in Oracle HRMS.
Develop and support integrations between Oracle HRMS and external systems (e.g., Workday, payroll platforms, time & attendance systems).
Utilize APIs, interface tables, and concurrent programs for data extraction and loading.
Work on outbound (EBS to third-party) and inbound (third-party to EBS) data flows.
Develop XML/BI Publisher reports and enhance existing reports as required.
Collaborate with functional teams and business stakeholders to gather technical requirements and provide effective solutions.
Perform code reviews, unit testing, and support UAT and production deployments.
Monitor and troubleshoot integration-related issues and provide timely resolutions.
Prepare and maintain technical documentation for interfaces, reports, and custom components.
Support ongoing enhancements, upgrades, and maintenance of Oracle HRMS applications.
