Role Profile:

The Techno-Functional Product Hub Developer will be responsible for designing, building, integrating, and supporting Product Hub solutions that centralize product, reference, and pricing data across the enterprise. This role blends solid technical engineering skills with functional understanding of product hierarchies, finance processes, and downstream consumers such as EDMCS (Enterprise Data Management Cloud Service) and RMCS (Revenue Management Cloud Service). The candidate will work closely with Product, Finance, Billing, Data Governance, and Architecture teams to ensure accurate, scalable, and governed product data flows across the organisation.

Key Responsibilities

1. Product Hub Development Develop Product Hub modules including: Product creation & lifecycle workflows Attribute enrichment Validation rules & governance logic Hierarchy and classification structures Build reusable services to support enterprise-wide product data consumption.

2. Integration with EDMCS & RMCS Design and build integration flows between Product Hub and: EDMCS for product hierarchies, reference data alignment, and dimensional mapping. RMCS for pricing alignment, product catalog synchronisation, and revenue recognition attributes. Ensure end-to-end data accuracy, reconciliation, and auditability. Implement API, file-based, or event-streaming integrations based on architecture standards. Troubleshoot alignment issues between Product Hub, EDMCS, RMCS, and downstream Finance systems.

3. Functional Expertise Product & Finance Understand product taxonomy, versions, bundles, pricing rules, and revenue attributes. Support Finance, Billing, FP&A;,



and Data Governance teams with: Master data definitions Mapping logic Downstream usage in ERP, Billing, and Reporting Participate in requirements workshops to translate functional needs into technical solutions.

4. Data Modelling & Governance Design product master models, hierarchies, and segmentations aligned with enterprise standards. Support metadata management and stewardship processes. Align developments with the organisations product governance and data quality frameworks.

5. API, Microservices & Integration Development Build and maintain REST APIs for product lifecycle operations. Work with integration tools (Informatica, Mulesoft, Boomi, Kafka, ODI, OICdepending on stack). Ensure performance, scalability, and resilience in integration architecture.

6. Quality Engineering Write unit and integration tests for Product Hub and integration flows. Support UAT cycles, data validation, and defect triage. Implement reconciliation and exception-handling mechanisms.

7. Cross-Functional Collaboration Work closely with Product Managers, Finance SMEs, Pricing leads, and Technology teams. Participate in Agile ceremonies, contributing to sprint planning and story refinement. Provide functional insights in addition to technical expertise. 8.



Production Support Provide L2/L3 support for Product Hub & integration issues. Analyse data quality issues, break/fix scenarios, dependency failures. Contribute to monitoring dashboards and performance tuning.

Skills & Experience / Required Technical Skills

- Hands-on with REST APIs, microservices
- Proficiency with SQL, relational databases (Oracle, PostgreSQL, SQL Server).
- Experience integrating with: EDMCS (hierarchy management, dimensions, mapping) RMCS (product catalog, pricing, revenue attributes)
- Knowledge of integration tools: Boomi / OIC / ODI Experience with cloud platforms (Azure / AWS / OCI). Git, CI/CD pipelines, DevOps tools.

Functional Skills

- Strong understanding of: Product master data
- Pricing and revenue recognition attributes Finance processes and reporting Product lifecycle workflows Experience in ERP Oracle is a plus.
- Experience working with Finance, Billing, and Data Governance teams.

Soft Skills

- Strong stakeholder communicationable to explain technical concepts to functional teams.
- Analytical, problem-solving mindset.
- Ability to work in fast-paced, matrixed global environments. Collaborative and proactive approach.

Qualifications

- Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or related field.
- 6-10 years of techno-functional development experience (adjust based on level).
- Prior experience in Finance Technology or Product/Revenue systems is an advantage.
