We seek a highly motivated Industrial Engineer to join our critical support unit responsible for the maintenance of underwater life-support rebreather systems used by elite Indian Armed Forces diving teams. This role offers the opportunity to apply technical expertise in a high-impact national security environment.

Role Summary
The Maintenance Engineer will manage preventive, corrective, and predictive maintenance of advanced diving apparatus, primarily Closed-Circuit Rebreathers (CCRs) and associated SCUBA equipment. The position demands meticulous adherence to military maintenance protocols, precise documentation, and strong technical aptitude to ensure absolute reliability life-critical systems.

Key Responsibilities

- Conduct scheduled servicing, overhaul, inspection, cleaning, and reassembly of diving sets, cylinders, regulators, harnesses, and CCRs.
- Perform pressure testing, gas analysis, calibration, leak detection, and functional testing using calibrated tools and diagnostic equipment.
- Diagnose and rectify mechanical, electrical,



and pneumatic faults to minimize downtime.
- Manage workshop tools, inventory, calibration schedules, and maintain a clean, organized work setting.
- Maintain maintenance logs and ensure compliance with OEM manuals, military TPs, and safety regulations.
- Create accurate drawings using CAD/CAM.

Who We're Looking For

- Age: 26-30 years.
- Education: B.Tech/B.E. in Industrial Engineering (recognized Indian institution).
- Experience: 02 years in relevant engineering environments.
- Strong understanding - pneumatics, mechanics, gas principles, and standards such as IMCA, DNV, and ASME.
- High mechanical aptitude, fault-finding skills, discipline, attention to detail.
- Ability to obtain required security clearance.
- Working Conditions
- Based in Delhi with ~30% domestic/international travel for operational support. Role includes workshop and field tasks, irregular hours, and handling equipment up to 20 kg.
