- We are seeking a high-agency, AI-native Chief of Staff to work directly with the Chairman of US based startup.
- This is a non-traditional role requiring strong strategic thinking, execution ability, and fluency in AI-driven workflows.
- You will act as a force multiplier-optimizing the Chairmans time, driving key priorities, and embedding AI into decision-making and operations.

Key Responsibilities : -

- Manage and optimize the Chairmans calendar, ensuring focus on high-impact initiatives
- Prepare briefs, talking points, and follow-ups for key meetings
- Translate business problems into AI-led insights using tools like LLMs and automation
- Drive cross-functional strategic projects and ensure timely execution
- Build structured updates, dashboards, and decision frameworks
- Act as an AI evangelist-enabling leadership to adopt AI in daily workflows




- Draft high-quality communication and manage key stakeholder interactions

What Were Looking For : -

- 3-4 years of experience in Chief of Staff, Founders Office, Strategy, Consulting, or Operations roles
- Robust command of AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Claude) and ability to design AI-first workflows
- Excellent communication, structured thinking, and problem-solving skills
- High ownership, bias for action, and comfort working in fast-paced environments
