Role: We are seeking a highly skilled AI Developer with expertise in LLMs, Knowledge Graphs, Neo4j, and RAG/GraphRAG systems to design, develop, and enhance an enterprise AI platform that transforms unstructured manufacturing knowledge into a structured, searchable Knowledge Graph.

Mandatory Technical Skills:

1. Python 3.11+

- Ability to write production grade code and quick PoCs
- Object Oriented Programming
- Ability to read and reason about unfamiliar codebases, choose appropriate data structures, and write testable, maintainable python code
- Ability to code Data engineering pipelines.

1. Artificial Intelligence (AI, LLM)

- OpenAI / Azure OpenAI APIs
- Prompt Engineering
- Retrieval Augmented Generation (RAG), GraphRAG
- Embeddings and Vector Search, Chunking
- Multi-stage pipeline design
- Neo4j + Cypher (MATCH/MERGE, traversal, indexes, Python driver)
