Clario, a part of Thermo Fisher Scientific is seeking a Supervisor, RFI & Content Specialization to lead and optimize the management of RFI responses and content strategies that support business growth and operational excellence. What You ll Be Doing

- Lead and manage the RFI (Request for Information) and content management function, ensuring high-quality, accurate, and strategically aligned deliverables

- Oversee the RFI content library, including maintenance of systems and tools supporting content management

- Support the completion of RFIs and questionnaires in collaboration with internal stakeholders

- Drive operational efficiencies to improve the speed, consistency, and quality of outputs

- Ensure all team-produced documentation is accurate, updated, and aligned with organizational objectives

- Partner with subject matter experts and cross-functional teams to maintain high-quality content and knowledge sharing

- Participate in product release readiness discussions and assign team representation where applicable

- Support departmental leadership on strategic initiatives, projects, and continuous improvement efforts

- Supervise, coach, and develop team members, providing guidance on daily work, priorities, and escalations





- Assign and distribute workload to optimize productivity and meet deadlines

- Partner with leadership to track team performance, goals, and compliance metrics

- Identify opportunities to enhance processes, collaboration, and consistency across teams

What We Look For

- Bachelor s degree or equivalent practical experience

- Minimum 5 years of experience in a pharmaceutical or CRO environment

- Minimum 5 years of experience within RFI, content management, or related functions (e. g. , project management or commercial operations)

- Demonstrated experience using proposal/content management tools (e. g. , Qvidian, Responsive)

- Proven ability to mentor, train, and support the development of team members

- Solid knowledge of medical and pharmaceutical industry terminology and practices

- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint

- Experience using Salesforce or similar CRM platforms

- Strong analytical, written, communication, time management, and organizational skills

- Ability to operate effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic, and high-pressure environment

- Demonstrated collaboration and stakeholder management skills across cross-functional teams

- Based in India or able to work in India in alignment with local employment requirements
