Job Title: Marketing Strategist

Location: Mumbai

About the RoleWe are looking for an experienced and strategic Marketing Strategist to lead and execute marketing initiatives for our RERA advisory services. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing marketing strategies, driving brand awareness, generating qualified leads, and promoting services such as real estate project registration, compliance support, and registration extensions. Experience in real estate, regulatory services, or professional consulting will be an added advantage.

- Key ResponsibilitiesDevelop and implement marketing strategies to increase awareness of RERA advisory services.
- Plan and execute targeted campaigns for builders, developers, promoters, real estate agents, architects, and consultants.
- Create engaging content for social media, websites, email campaigns, brochures, blogs, and other marketing materials.
- Manage digital marketing initiatives, including SEO, social media marketing, paid advertising, and lead generation campaigns.
- Build and maintain relationships with developers, real estate associations, consultants, and other key stakeholders.
- Conduct market research to identify industry trends, customer needs, and competitor activities.
- Monitor campaign performance using analytics and prepare reports with actionable insights.




- Coordinate seminars, webinars, workshops, and promotional events to educate stakeholders about RERA compliance and services.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure consistent branding and effective communication.
- Optimize marketing campaigns to improve brand visibility, customer engagement, and business growth.

- Required QualificationsBachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.
- Master's degree (MBA/PGDM) is an added advantage.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in marketing, preferably in real estate, regulatory services, consulting, or professional services.
- Robust understanding of digital marketing, branding, and lead generation strategies.
- Proficiency in Google Analytics, social media platforms, CRM tools, and MS Office.
- Excellent communication, planning, analytical, and project management skills.

- Preferred SkillsExperience in service marketing, B2B marketing, or real estate marketing.
- Knowledge of RERA regulations, developer processes, and compliance frameworks.
- Solid content writing and campaign management skills.
- Ability to work independently while managing multiple projects.
- Creative, data-driven, and result-oriented mindset.
