We are looking for ambitious fresh graduates who want to build a career in IT Sales & Business Development.

Role Includes:

• Lead generation & prospect research

• LinkedIn and email outreach

• B2B sales for IT consulting services

• Client follow-ups & meeting coordination

• CRM & sales pipeline management

• Supporting proposals, demos & closures

Eligibility: B.Sc / BCA / BBA / BBM / B.Com / MBA / PGDM or equivalent fresh graduates.

Must Have: Excellent communication, confidence, sales mindset, ownership, and willingness to learn.

Training: unpaid during training period

Working Days: Monday–Saturday

Experience: Freshers only

Commitment: 2-year agreement as per company policy and applicable law.

Training will cover IT Consulting, AI, Data, Cloud, SAP and other market-relevant technology services.

Strong performers may transition into a paid full time opportunity based on performance.
