Role Description:

The Quality Assurance Manager is a full-time, on-site role based in Hyderabad. This role is responsible for overseeing all quality assurance activities, including the implementation, monitoring, and continuous improvement of GMP-compliant quality systems and procedures.

Day-to-day responsibilities include reviewing and approving batch records, SOPs, and validation documents; managing deviations, change controls, and CAPA; and coordinating internal and external audits.

The Quality Assurance Manager will collaborate closely with production, QC, and regulatory teams to ensure product quality, compliance with regulatory standards, and readiness for customer and regulatory inspections.





The role also involves training team members on quality requirements, preparing quality reports and metrics, and driving initiatives that enhance product consistency, safety, and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications:

- Demonstrated expertise in pharmaceutical quality assurance, including GMP implementation, documentation control, and compliance management.
- Experience in handling deviations, change control, CAPA, and internal/external audits within a manufacturing environment.
- Strong knowledge of API and intermediate manufacturing processes, quality systems, and regulatory guidelines relevant to the pharmaceutical industry.
- Proficiency in creating, reviewing, and maintaining SOPs, batch manufacturing records, validation protocols, and quality reports.
- Effective leadership and team management skills, with the ability to mentor and train staff in quality standards and procedures.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities, with attention to detail and a focus on continuous improvement.
- Clear written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and interact with customers and auditors.
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Pharmacy, Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, or a related scientific discipline; prior experience in a GMP-regulated facility is strongly preferred.
