Key Responsibilities

- Develop and modify MBOM structures and manage engineering changes.
- Receive and review EBOM.
- Create and maintain production routers.
- Develop and update production and rework work instructions.
- Create and maintain SAP routings and master routings.
- Release approved manufacturing and assembly plans for production.
- Manage Routing Standard Change Request (RSCR) processes.
- Maintain standard work procedures and manufacturing planning in Solumina.
- Create and maintain purchase routing (CCS).
- Generate tool orders,



production orders and standard work documentation.
- Support Aftermarket teams with field repair and retrofit designs.
- Create NC rework programs for quality notifications and defects.
- Conduct process and workflow improvement studies.
- Modify routing steps, hours, lot sizes, PRTs and long text.

Qualifications

- Diploma/Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Manufacturing, Aerospace Engineering or equivalent.
- 1–5 years of manufacturing support experience.
- Minimum 1 year hands-on shopfloor manufacturing experience – MUST.
- Machining and/or assembly shopfloor experience.
- Ability to interpret engineering drawings and GD&T.;
- Experience with NX/Unigraphics or CATIA V5 .
- Positive communication, analytical and problem-solving skills.

Preferred

- Aerospace or automotive manufacturing experience.
- Teamcenter PLM, Solumina and SAP exposure.
- AS9100 knowledge.
- Machine shop/assembly-line experience.
- Aerospace interiors/exteriors exposure.
- Macros/automation exposure.
- Quality-control and structured problem-solving knowledge.
