About the Role

We're hiring a Sales Executive to join a growing team that sells online training programs through webinars. This role is central to converting webinar attendees into paying customers.

Your work will span two types of calling:

- Pre-webinar calling: Reaching out to registrants to confirm attendance and boost show-up rates
- Post-webinar calling: Following up with attendees who've shown interest, answering questions, handling objections, and closing the sale

What You will Do

-  Call webinar registrants before the session to confirm and boost attendance
- Call webinar attendees after the session to explain the program and its value
- Handle objections and guide prospects toward enrollment
- Follow up consistently with leads who haven't decided yet




- Maintain accurate records of calls, follow-ups, and conversions
- Work closely with the marketing team to give feedback on lead quality and common objections
- Meet monthly sales targets

Who Are We Looking For?

- Comfortable making outbound calls all day
- Confident, persuasive communicator in Hindi and English
- Freshers with strong communication skills are welcome; prior telesales/calling experience is a plus
- Self-motivated and target-driven
- Willing to work from our Ahmedabad office

Compensation

- Fixed salary: ₹10,000 – ₹15,000/month (based on experience and interview performance)
