Hiring: Business Development Executive (Commission-Based)

Hoftrix Technologies is looking for a result-driven Business Development Executive to help us acquire clients globally.

Responsibilities:

- Generate leads through LinkedIn, Upwork, Fiverr, cold email, cold calling & other platforms
- Find and qualify potential clients
- Handle meetings, proposals, negotiations & regular follow-ups
- Close deals and bring in current business
- Manage the complete sales cycle from Lead → Client

Requirements:

- B2B/IT sales or Business Development experience preferred
- Strong communication & negotiation skills
- Comfortable with cold calling and international clients
- Self-motivated and target-oriented

Compensation — IMPORTANT





This is a 100% commission/percentage-based position. There is NO fixed monthly salary.

Your earnings will be based on the clients and revenue you successfully bring and close for Hoftrix .
