Key Responsibilities

- Handle customer interactions related to retention, account recovery, collections, and upselling .

- Resolve customer concerns professionally and escalate complex cases when required.

Eligibility Criteria

- Undergraduate or Graduate from any discipline.
- Minimum 6 months of BPO experience in Retention, Recovery, Collections, or Upselling.
- Hospitality background is mandatory.




- Excellent verbal communication skills with the ability to handle US voice interactions .
- C1 US Voice Versant certification/level preferred.
- Strong customer handling, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment .
