TattleTales is building a recent category of play by combining storytelling, AI and hands-on play to create immersive, screen-light experiences for children.

About the Role

We are looking for a highly driven Founder's Office Associate to work directly with the founders and build TattleTales from 0 → 1 .

This is a highly hands-on role spanning product, hardware, manufacturing, operations, sales, marketing and partnerships .

What You'll Do

- Drive mould, plush and hardware manufacturing - vendor discovery, quotations, sampling and production
- Take our existing hardware prototype to a sellable semi-functional product , including assembly, QC, packaging and fulfilment
- Coordinate with PCB, electronics and component suppliers
- Drive B2B sales and partnerships through cold calling, email outreach and meetings;
- Meet playschools and education partners to explore AI-powered, screen-light learning
- Manage online orders, packing, inventory and dispatch
- Build TattleTales’s presence across Instagram,



LinkedIn and YouTube using AI-powered content creation
- Manage and improve the website using Lovable
- Research Indian and global toy/AI trends and identify new product opportunities
- Coordinate across founders, designers, hardware interns and external vendors
- Identify and apply for startup grants, incubators and government programs

Who We're Looking For

- B.E./B.Tech + MBA is mandatory
- 0–2 years of experience; exceptional freshers can apply
- Engineering background in CS / IT / Electronics preferred
- Strong interest in AI, technology, consumer products and startups
- Excellent communication and follow-up skills
- Highly proactive, organised and execution-oriented
- Comfortable with sales, vendor management and hands-on operations
- Comfortable using AI tools and learning new technologies quickly
- Someone who takes ownership rather than waiting for instructions

The Ideal Candidate

Someone who can understand technology, talk to a manufacturer, analyse a quotation, cold-call a customer, create an AI-powered reel and pack an order- all in the same week. If you want to build a company from 0 → 1 , this is the role for you.
