Job Description Regulatory Compliance & Monitoring
n n Stay updated on employment laws, labor regulations, and compliance requirements and assess their impact on the company.
n Analyze regulatory changes and provide advisory to internal stakeholders to ensure compliance
n Support our HR team for employment regulations related to employee lifecycle management and statutory compliance related aspects.
n Implementation of the latest amendment and notification pertaining to labor and employment law at an organization level
n Enable the ongoing identification of operational and regulatory risk ensuring explicit mitigation plans are defined, tracked and implemented.
n n Audits & Risk Assessments
n • Conduct periodic compliance audits and risk assessments to identify potential gaps.




n • Implement corrective actions and best practices to mitigate compliance risks.
n • Maintain records and reports on compliance activities, audits, and findings.
n Stakeholder Management & Advisory
n • Work closely with corporate, legal, and HR teams to ensure employment policies align with regulatory standards.
n • Provide advisory support on compliance-related matters, including hiring, termination, workplace policies, and employee relations etc.
n Key Qualifications & Skills
n Experience: 6-7 years in HR compliance – India and Compliance Audit or a related function.
