n The Finance Specialist will support the company's financial operations, ensuring smooth day-to-day functioning, basic compliance, and reliable reporting. This role is suited for someone who can balance execution with analysis, without needing a therapy session every time a spreadsheet gets complicated.
n Key Responsibilities
n 1. Financial Operations & Accounting
n · Manage day-to-day accounting activities (AP, AR, invoicing, payments)
n · Maintain accurate financial records and ensure proper documentation
n · Perform bank reconciliations and track financial transactions
n · Support payroll inputs and final settlements
n 2. Financial Reporting & Analysis




n · Assist in preparing monthly MIS reports and financial summaries
n · Track key financial metrics and highlight trends or variances
n · Support preparation of basic financial statements
n 3. Budgeting & Planning
n · Assist in budgeting and forecasting activities
n · Monitor actuals vs budget and flag deviations
n · Support cash flow tracking and planning
n 4. Compliance & Audit Support
n · Ensure adherence to statutory requirements (GST, TDS, etc.)
n · Maintain records for audit readiness
n · Coordinate with auditors and external consultants when required
n 5. Business Support
n · Work with internal teams to track expenses and improve cost visibility
n · Provide basic financial inputs to support decision-making
n · Support ad-hoc finance-related tasks as needed
n Preferable skills
n · Finance & Accounting Basics
n · Strong understanding of accounting principles
n · Working knowledge of GST, TDS, and basic compliance
n · Experience with Tally or similar accounting tools
n · 4–5 years of relevant experience in finance/accounting
n · Bachelor's degree in Finance, Commerce, or related field
n · Experience in a startup or high-growth environment is a plus
