Job Description Role Purpose:
n Lead the company's overall financial strategy and governance across manufacturing plants and sales operations. This is a complete unit CFO role, responsible for ensuring financial health, driving profitability, managing risk, and supporting sustainable business growth in a capital-intensive beverage manufacturing workplace.The CFO will be a key strategic partner to the MD and Board, contributing to long-term value creation while managing complex cost structures, supply chains, and regulatory requirements specific to the beverage/FMCG sector.
n KEY DRIVERS:
n n Financial Planning & Strategy
n n n Develop and execute short- and long-term financial strategies aligned with business objectives.
n Lead budgeting, forecasting, and resource allocation to drive growth and profitability.
n Provide strategic financial insights to support decision-making across plant and sales operations.
n n 2.Financial Reporting & Compliance
n n Oversee accurate and timely financial reporting, including P&L;, Balance Sheet, and Cash Flow.
n Ensure compliance with Indian GAAP/IFRS, GST, corporate tax laws, and other statutory requirements.
n Manage internal and external audits and regulatory filings (including SEBI regulations, if applicable).
n n 3.Treasury, Cash Flow & Capital Management
n n Manage cash flow, working capital, banking relationships, and liquidity.




n Optimize capital structure and evaluate CAPEX and investment opportunities.
n Strengthen controls over receivables, payables, and inventory management.
n n 4.Mergers & Acquisitions (M&A;) /Fund Raising/IPO
n n Support strategic initiatives such as acquisitions, joint ventures, and expansions.
n Lead due diligence, valuation, deal structuring, and post-merger integration.
n n 5.Stakeholder Management
n n Act as the primary interface with investors, lenders, auditors, regulators, and other key stakeholders.
n Communicate financial performance, risks, and strategic plans clearly and effectively.
n n Monthly S&OP; process/Distributor & C&F; Management across 4 warehouses.
n INCUMBENT:
n n Chartered Accountant (CA) with 20 years of senior financial leadership experience, preferably in manufacturing/FMCG/Beverage, with strong exposure to plant economics and co-packer models.
n Exposure to Warehousing and S&OP; operations.
n Excellent leadership, communication, and presentation abilities
n Hands-on experience with ERP systems, financial software, and analytics tools
n Deep understanding of regulatory and compliance requirements impacting the beverage industry
