As an Admission Counsellor, you will guide students through the admissions process, leveraging your expertise to meet enrollment goals. You’ll build relationships with applicants, families, and schools, provide tailored advice, and ensure a seamless experience from inquiry to enrollment.
Student Guidance: Conduct one-on-one counselling sessions to assess student goals and recommend suitable programs.
Application Support: Collaboration: Work with academic departments and financial aid teams to address student needs.
Data Management:



Maintain accurate applicant records using CRM systems and generate enrollment reports.
Stay updated on education trends and competitor programs to refine recruitment strategies.
Compliance: Ensure adherence to institutional policies and legal standards (e.g., Bachelor’s degree in Education, Counseling, Communications, or related field.

~ Proficiency in CRM software (e.g., Salesforce) and MS Office.
