About the Role
We are looking for a Sales Executive who is driven, organized, and comfortable working in a target-oriented workplace.

The ideal candidate will have experience in sales, financial services, lending, loans, or fintech , with robust skills in lead management, customer engagement, sales coordination, and working with internal teams to move applications through the sales journey.

Key Responsibilities
Drive sales activities to achieve assigned business and revenue targets.
Identify, engage, and convert potential customers into qualified leads and active clients.
Conduct product discussions and consultations with prospective customers.
Manage leads, follow-ups, and sales pipelines effectively.




Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers.
Ensure accurate documentation and timely submission of loan applications.
Coordinate with Operations, Credit, and Customer Support teams for smooth processing and customer experience.
Track sales performance and maintain accurate records in CRM systems.
Stay updated on industry trends, market developments, and competitor offerings.

What We're Looking For
0–3 years of experience in Sales, FinTech, BFSI, NBFC, Lending, or Financial Services .
Experience with loan products or education financing will be an added advantage.
Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Target-oriented with a proactive and go-getter mindset.
Bachelor's degree in business, Finance, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
Positive working knowledge of CRM tools and basic computer applications.
Candidates currently based in Bangalore are preferred.
