n n A Successful Candidate:
n n Earned doctorate with a good master's degree
n Demonstrated ability to teach across disciplinary boundaries
n Publication record in high-impact journal will be a plus but not a mandatory criterion for fresh PhDs
n Experience in translating academic work into industry-relevant applications or partnerships
n Experience with innovative pedagogies
n Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
