Job Description We, Nirav Kotecha & Co., Chartered Accountants are looking for Assistant Manager - Internal Audit at Mumbai location.
n Role & Responsibilities
n n Perform and control complete audit cycle including risk & control management over the operational efficiency, finance reliability and compliance with all applicable regulations
n Development of policies, procedures, risk assessment, control framework, operating models and process optimization
n Solid domain knowledge as well as understanding of key business processes like P2P, O2C, Inventory Management, production, HR, Accounts Finance, etc.
n Risk consulting as per established standards and keeping a track on industry updates
n Obtain, evaluate and analyze previous reports, data, flowcharts, etc.
n Determine internal audit scope and develop annual plans
n Planning & delegating work for the team and self based on the requirement




n Conduct the follow-up audits to monitor management's interventions
n n Knowledge & Skill Set
n n Internal Audit Experience is must
n Accounting Standards, Audit Standards & Internal Audit Standards
n Companies Act
n IT System Operations
n High attention to the details and excellent analytical skills
n Good verbal and written communication skills
n n Job Location: Borivali & should be willing to travel as internal audit will require travel to Palghar.
n Timing: 10:00 AM to 06:30 PM
n Qualification
n Qualified Chartered Accountant (CA), Cost Management Accountant (CMA), Semi Qualified CA/CMA, Certified Internal Auditor (CIA) or MBA with internal audit experience
n Salary Range: 7-10 LPA
