KRA

- Responsible for teaching a requisite number of courses.
- To review, evaluate and supervise academic progress of students.
- To timely monitor and observe the students attendance and assessments.
- To provide guidance and supervision to the students for their research and internships related work.
- To conduct research and publishing papers in well-known journals academic journals.
- To write proposals towards securing funding for research.
- To provide assistance and support to the Dept. on various accreditation related requirements




- To develop innovative approaches to teaching and learning, as appropriate
- To continuously update new curricula and course frameworks as desirable according to the market needs and requirements
- To adapt new technology towards developing and implementing innovative instructional methods.
- To create innovative and implement career-enhancement programs and activities.
- To participate in departmental meetings, and providing academic support to the Dept.
- To provide support in the admission process of the school and marketing team as required.

Qualifications:

Ph.D in Law

LL.M. with minimum 55 % marks from an Indian University, or an equivalent degree from an accredited foreign university.

Experience :

- A minimum of 2 years of experience of teaching and/or research in an academic/research position equivalent to that of Associate Professor in a University, College or Accredited Research Institution/industry.

Skills requirements :

- Published works is highly desirable
- Strong analytical, observational, and problem-solving skills
- A good record of attending conferences and academic events
- Excellent research, writing, and interpersonal
- A passion for teaching and engaging with students
- Patience, understanding, and willingness to help
- Good Communication
- Good presentation
- Good understanding of Media and General Studies.
