n We are looking for a disciplined, high-caliber Project Manager to lead end-to-end software and
n content delivery projects. The ideal candidate will be a Master of Project controls—capable of
n building rock-solid project plans, tracking them meticulously to closure, and protecting project
n margins. You will act as the crucial bridge between our technical teams (Solutions Architects,
n Tech Leads) and our global clients, requiring a robust blend of technical literacy, financial
n acumen, and elite communication skills.
n Key Responsibilities
n Project Planning & Lifecycle Management
n AI-Driven Project Management Responsibilities
n • Leverage Generative AI and Copilot solutions to improve project planning, risk
n identification, status reporting, backlog refinement, and stakeholder communications.
n • Drive adoption of AI-powered tools to enhance team productivity, delivery predictability,
n and decision-making while ensuring alignment with organizational governance policies.
n • Utilize AI-assisted insights to proactively identify delivery risks, resource constraints,
n dependency bottlenecks, and quality concerns.
n • End-to-End Execution: Create comprehensive project plans, define critical paths,
n allocate resources, and rigorously track all milestones from initiation to formal closure.
n • Process Discipline: Oversee core project management governance, including strict
n Change Order Request (CR) tracking, risk mitigation planning, and proactive issue
n resolution.
n • KPI Tracking: Establish, monitor, and report on key project health metrics (Schedule
n Variance, Cost Variance, Resource Utilization, and Quality Metrics).
n Financial & Delivery Models
n • Fixed Price Execution: Proven experience delivering Fixed Price projects and
n implementations,



ensuring tight scope management to minimize scope creep while
n meeting contractual obligations.
n • T&M; Management: Efficiently manage Time & Material (T&M;) engagements, tracking
n burn rates and resource forecasting.
n Client Governance & Collaboration
n • Client-Facing Leadership: Serve as the primary point of contact for external
n stakeholders. Lead regular steering meetings, technical reviews, and project status
n updates.
n • Presentations & Reporting: Confidently conduct high-impact presentations for both
n executive-level clients and internal leadership teams.
n • Cross-Functional Synergy: Partner closely with internal Solutions Architects and
n Technical Leads to understand technical constraints, dependencies, and system
n architecture, translating them into clear client expectations.
n Required Qualifications & Skills
n • Communication: Good verbal and written communication is a must. You must be
n able to articulate technical concepts clearly to non-technical stakeholders and write
n precise project documentation.
n • Core PM Competencies: Expert-level knowledge of Stakeholder Management, Risk
n Management, and Change Management processes.
n • Technical & Solution Literacy: Strong exposure to the Software Development Life Cycle
n (SDLC). While not a coder, you must have the technical grounding to understand
n architectural diagrams, API limitations, and engineering roadblocks.
n • Tooling: Hands-on expertise with project scheduling and tracking tools (e.g., Jira, MS
n Project, Smartsheet).
n • Experience: 5+ years of core project management experience, preferably within IT
n services, software implementation, or the EdTech domain.
n • Education: Bachelor's degree (B.E./B.Tech preferred, or equivalent technical
n background). PMP or Scrum Master certification is an added advantage.
