Kasplo is hiring Sales Development Representatives (SDRs) to join our growing Sales team in Bangalore!

Location: Bangalore | Work from Office
Experience: 6 Months – 1 Year
⚡ Joining: Immediate Joiners Preferred
CTC: ₹3 – ₹4 LPA + Performance-Based Incentives
Employment Type: Full-Time

Stipend: ₹15,000/month
Performance-Based Opportunity for Full-Time Conversion

What You’ll Be Doing
• Identify and research potential customers
• Generate leads through cold calling, email, LinkedIn & other channels
• Qualify prospects and understand their business requirements
• Schedule product demos and discovery calls
• Build and maintain a strong sales pipeline
• Follow up with prospects and manage opportunities




• Maintain accurate CRM records and track sales activities
• Conduct market research and identify new business opportunities

What We’re Looking For
✔️ 6 months – 1 year of experience in Sales / Business Development / Lead Generation / Customer Engagement
✔️ Excellent verbal and written communication skills
✔️ Confident in speaking with business decision-makers
✔️ Self-motivated, proactive and target-oriented
✔️ Strong relationship-building and interpersonal skills
✔️ Basic knowledge of SaaS, Digital Marketing, Email Marketing, SMS or WhatsApp solutions is a plus
