Role Description:
We’re Hiring: Freelancing Platform Bidder and Social Media Lead Generator
This is a remote based an Upwork/ other freelancing website bidder, based in Kolkata. The primary responsibilities include identifying potential projects on Upwork, preparing effective proposals, and engaging with clients to secure contracts. The Upwork Bidder will maintain ongoing communication with clients, demonstrate expertise in SigiloTech's services, and provide timely updates to the internal team regarding project requirements and client expectations. The position involves understanding the client's needs and fostering professional relationships to ensure project success.

Role Overview
We are looking for a dynamic bidder and lead generator who can bring in business through freelancing platforms as well as social media channels like LinkedIn, Facebook, and other digital platforms.





Key Responsibilities
Identify and bid on relevant projects on Upwork, Freelancer, Fiverr and similar platforms
Craft personalized, high-converting proposals
Generate leads through LinkedIn, Facebook, and other social media platforms
Initiate conversations via cold outreach, DMs, and networking
Build and maintain a strong pipeline of prospects
Convert leads into clients through effective communication and follow-ups
Work closely with internal teams for smooth project onboarding
Maintain CRM or tracking sheets for all leads and conversions

Required Skills
Proven experience in freelancing platform bidding
Strong understanding of LinkedIn and Facebook lead generation strategies
Excellent communication and persuasion skills
Ability to understand IT, software, or AI-related services
Self-motivated and target-driven mindset
