Azure Lead Developer

About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Azure Lead Developer to lead the design, development, and delivery of scalable cloud-native applications using Microsoft Azure and .NET technologies. The role involves technical leadership, solution design, team mentoring, and hands-on development.

Key Skills

- Strong experience in C#, .NET, ASP.NET MVC, and Web API development.
- Hands-on expertise with Microsoft Azure services, including:
- Azure App Services (Web Apps, APIs, Functions)
- Azure API Management (APIM)
- Azure Cache for Redis
- Azure Cosmos DB
- Azure SQL Database / SQL Server
- Azure Service Bus, Event Hub, and IoT Hub
- Azure App Configuration
- Azure Application Insights & Log Analytics

- Experience with Azure DevOps, GitHub, or GitLab and CI/CD practices.
- Knowledge of Identity & Access Management (IAM) and cloud security best practices.
- Solid understanding of cloud-native, serverless, and event-driven architectures.
- Experience in team mentoring, code reviews, sprint planning, and Agile delivery.




- Ability to translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead the design, development, and maintenance of scalable backend applications using .NET and Azure.
- Build secure, high-performance REST APIs and cloud-native solutions.
- Design and implement solutions using Azure PaaS services, including App Services, APIM, Cosmos DB, Redis, Service Bus, and Event Hub.
- Implement serverless and event-driven architectures using Azure Functions and messaging services.
- Drive technical design discussions, architecture decisions, and development best practices.
- Mentor development teams, conduct code reviews, and ensure high-quality deliverables.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to translate requirements into effective solutions.
- Support Agile delivery, sprint planning, deployments, and ongoing application support.

Experience: 7+ years in .NET development with strong Microsoft Azure expertise and technical leadership experience.
