As a SAP CI & FI-CA Manager, you will lead the charge in transforming business processes through innovative SAP Finance solutions. Within our Digital Core Modernisation network, you will be at the forefront of delivering cutting-edge SAP services, driving client success and satisfaction. As a Manager, you will leverage your leadership skills to guide and mentor teams, fostering a culture of excellence and continuous improvement. You will play a pivotal role in managing client accounts, developing strategic plans, and mentoring junior staff to deliver exceptional results.

Responsibilities

- Leading SAP Finance transformation projects,



focusing on SAP CI & FI-CA modules
- Managing client relationships and delivering exceptional client support in SAP implementations
- Overseeing financial reporting and compliance with accounting and financial reporting standards
- Guiding teams in financial budgeting, forecasting, and financial statement analysis
- Utilizing SAP Accounts Payable (AP) and SAP Central Finance to optimize financial processes
- Developing and implementing business process improvements to enhance financial management
- Monitoring and analyzing financial trends to provide strategic financial insights
- Coaching and mentoring team members to foster professional growth and development
- Presenting financial reports and insights to stakeholders, facilitating informed decision-making
- Embracing change and promoting innovation within financial systems and processes

What You Must Have

- At least a Bachelor's degree
- At least 9+ years of experience
- Oral and written proficiency in English required

What Sets You Apart

- Preference for at least one of the following fields of study: Commerce, Computer and Information Science, Finance, Information Technology, Management Information Systems
- At least one of the following: One or more SAP certifications aligned to finance, accounting, and financial controls within SAP S/4HANA environments
- Demonstrating proficiency in SAP FI and SAP FICO modules
- Utilizing financial forecasting and financial modeling skills
- Managing financial reporting and regulatory compliance effectively
- Excelling in business process improvement and strategic questioning
- Embracing change and fostering innovation in financial systems
