AI Architect / AI Lead (9+ Years) Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced AI Architect / AI Lead to define enterprise AI strategy, architect scalable AI ecosystems, and lead organization-wide AI transformation initiatives across AI/ML, Gen AI, and Agentic AI domains.

Key Responsibilities

- Define and drive enterprise AI architecture and platform strategy.
- Architect scalable AI/ML, Gen AI, and Agentic AI platforms.
- Design enterprise multi-agent ecosystems and AI orchestration frameworks.
- Establish AI engineering standards, governance, observability, and security practices.
- Lead implementation of enterprise-grade AI platforms, copilots, and autonomous systems.
- Define AI platform scalability, resiliency, and deployment standards.
- Evaluate emerging AI technologies, frameworks, and infrastructure solutions.
- Mentor AI engineers and provide technical leadership across programs.
- Collaborate with leadership, business stakeholders, and enterprise architects.

Required Skills

- 9+ years of experience in AI/ML engineering, platform engineering, or enterprise architecture.
- Strong expertise in enterprise AI architecture and distributed systems design.
- Proven experience building scalable Gen AI and Agentic AI platforms.




- Deep understanding of LLM ecosystems, RAG architectures, vector databases, and orchestration systems.
- Strong understanding of MCP, multi-agent architectures, and enterprise AI interoperability patterns.
- Experience with LLMOps, AI observability, tracing, monitoring, evaluation frameworks, and governance.
- Expertise with frameworks such as LangChain, LangGraph, CrewAI, or AutoGen.
- Experience designing scalable APIs and enterprise AI platforms using FastAPI and/or Flask.
- Robust expertise in cloud-native architecture across Azure, AWS, or GCP.
- Experience with Kubernetes, container platforms, DevOps, and enterprise-scale deployments.
- Strong stakeholder management, technical leadership, and solutioning capabilities.

Preferred Skills

- Experience establishing AI CoE (Center of Excellence) practices.
- Exposure to AI governance and compliance frameworks.
- Experience with hybrid cloud and enterprise AI modernization initiatives.
- Knowledge of multi-modal AI systems and advanced reasoning architectures.

Education

- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, AI, Data Science, or related field.
