We are looking for a Procurement Executive with experience or exposure to semiconductor and electronic component sourcing. The role will be responsible for supplier identification, RFQ management, price negotiation, quotation support, vendor development, and procurement coordination.

The position requires regular interaction with authorized distributors, independent distributors, component suppliers, and internal sales teams to ensure competitive pricing, reliable sourcing, appropriate lead times, and timely response to customer requirements.

2. Key Responsibilities

- Source semiconductors and electronic components from authorized distributors, independent distributors, manufacturers, and approved suppliers.
- Handle supplier RFQs (Requests for Quotation) and obtain competitive pricing, availability, MOQ, lead-time, and commercial information.
- Support the sales team with accurate and timely component pricing for customer RFQ submissions.
- Identify and develop new domestic and international suppliers to strengthen and diversify the vendor base.
- Evaluate suppliers based on pricing, availability, quality, delivery performance, reliability, and commercial terms.
- Negotiate component pricing, payment terms, MOQ, delivery schedules, lead times, and other commercial conditions.
- Understand electronic component manufacturer part numbers (MPNs), datasheets, specifications, package types,



and alternates while processing sourcing requirements.
- Track component availability, price movements, lead-time changes, and supply-chain constraints affecting procurement decisions.
- Maintain and regularly update vendor databases, pricing records, quotation history, and procurement documentation.
- Build and maintain qualified relationships with key suppliers to support continuity of supply and timely order execution.
- Coordinate with sales, operations, logistics, and other internal teams to align procurement activities with customer and project timelines.
- Prepare weekly procurement reports covering RFQ status, supplier responses, pricing trends, sourcing challenges, and key procurement activities for management review.

3. Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Electronics / Electronics & Communication Engineering / Supply Chain Management / Business Administration or a related discipline.
- 1 3 years of experience in procurement, sourcing, purchasing, or vendor management.
- Preference for candidates with experience in the semiconductor, electronic components, electronics distribution, EMS, or related industry.
- Basic understanding of semiconductor and electronic component categories, specifications, and sourcing channels.




- Experience handling supplier quotations, pricing comparisons, and commercial negotiations.
- Working knowledge of procurement documentation and supplier management processes.

- Understanding of ICs, MOSFETs, diodes, transistors, passive components, connectors, memory, power semiconductors, analog and digital components.
- Familiarity with component lifecycle, obsolescence, shortage management, and alternate-part sourcing.
- Knowledge of counterfeit-component risks and supplier-quality considerations when sourcing through independent channels.
- Experience with Zoho Inventory or similar ERP/procurement systems.
- Experience supporting sales teams with high-volume or time-sensitive RFQs.
