The SAP S/4HANA HR Mini Master Lead will be responsible for the architecture, design, configuration, and deployment of the HR Mini Master solution in SAP S/4HANA. The role will act as the functional and technical lead across HR, Finance, Procurement, Security, Integration, and Digital Transformation workstreams to ensure accurate employee and contingent workforce data is available across enterprise applications. The solution will primarily source workforce data from SAP SuccessFactors and contingent workforce platforms and replicate required employee information into S/4HANA.
Key Responsibilities
Lead end-to-end implementation of SAP S/4HANA HR Mini Master.
Design and configure HR organizational structures, personnel administration data, employee business partners, and workforce-related master data.
Define and oversee employee and contingent workforce data replication from SAP SuccessFactors into S/4HANA.




Ensure synchronization of Employee Business Partners BP, organisational objects, positions, jobs, and reporting relationships.
Collaborate with Integration teams on SAP CPI BTP interfaces, APIs, middleware, and data migration activities.
Drive solution design workshops and prepare functional specifications, configuration workbooks, design documents, and deployment plans.
Work closely with HR, Finance, Procurement, Security, and Audit teams to ensure compliance with business and regulatory requirements.
Support data conversion, cutover, testing, defect management, and production deployment activities.
Provide leadership to SAP configuration, integration, ABAP, and BTP resources.
Establish governance and data quality controls for employee master data across the enterprise.
