Job Description TCS is Hiring QAD Techno Functional Consultant
n Location: Pan India
n Experience: 5+
n Job Description
n Expertise in QAD Enterprise Edition and/or QAD Adaptive required *
n Expertise in QAD base modules like Distribution, Manufacturing, Financials required *
n Experience of working on QAD implementation projects and/or designing solutions in QAD · Excellent documentation, communication and inter-personal skills ·
n Strong analytical and problem-solving skills ·
n Should be flexible and open to short travels ·
n Should Work from office only ·
n Interact with business customers for basic new requirements and issue analysis. ·
n Regularly monitor all logged issues.
n Plan and prioritize workload among team members. ·
n Perform root cause analysis on issues in a large production environment.




n Assist in the development of work processes to ensure the proper and successful use of the applications. ·
n Write unit and system test plans/specifications and perform testing. ·
n Interact with project teams to ensure a smooth and successful transition to support after the deployment of new applications or new major versions and adhere to all stated company policies and processes. ·
n Positive knowledge of PROGRESS 4 GL Version 10.x and above
n Valuable-to-Have ·
n Experience in customer interactions in requirement gathering ·
n Knowledge of any ERP application ·
n Implementation experience ·
n Knowledge of QAD add-on modules like AS, WMS, DSCP, eQMS, GTTE etc preferred ·
n Knowledge of QAD technologies such as Qxtend, QRF, EDI, Bank Drivers etc · QAD functional & technical certifications
