Job Description We are hiring experienced professionals for OTC – Collections.
n Designation: Senior Process Associate
n No Of Positions: 10
n Experience: 1 – 4 Years (Relevant OTC – Collections Experience Mandatory)
n Work Location : Chennai
n Shift: US shift
n Key Responsibilities
n Manage complex and high‐profile accounts using defined collection strategies
n Own and control aged receivables as per SLAs and performance metrics
n Implement and remove service stops as per process guidelines
n Review UMCC and on‐account payments in line with ICMP standards
n Identify potential write‐offs and support aged debt clearance
n Drive quarterly and monthly debt & cash target achievements
n Execute end‐to‐end dunning processes and handle legal escalations
n Identify and support continuous process and system improvements
n Collaborate with administrators and team leads to close knowledge gaps
n Lead and support recent process implementations
n Ensure strict adherence to best‐in‐class collection standards.
n Background & Qualifications
n Minimum 1 year of experience in OTC – Collections (Mandatory)
n Finance background preferred




n (B.Com / MBA – Finance will be an advantage)
n Excellent verbal and written communication skills
n Willingness to work in night shifts
n Proven track record of meeting targets and SLAs
n Solid working knowledge of MS Office
n Customer‐focused mindset with solid negotiation skills
n Analytical thinking and problem‐solving capability
n Exposure to project methodology is a plus
