n Job Summary
n We are looking for a results-driven Paid Ads Manager to plan, execute, and optimize digital advertising campaigns across multiple platforms. The ideal candidate should have expertise in performance marketing, campaign optimization, lead generation, and data-driven decision-making to maximize ROI and achieve business objectives.
n Key Responsibilities
n n Plan, execute, and optimize paid advertising campaigns across Google Ads, Meta (Facebook & Instagram) Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and YouTube Ads.
n Manage campaign budgets and improve performance through effective ROAS and CPL optimization.
n Perform keyword research, audience segmentation, competitor analysis, and campaign strategy development.
n Track campaign performance using Google Analytics 4 (GA4), Google Tag Manager (GTM), Meta Pixel, and other analytics tools.
n Generate performance reports and provide actionable insights to improve campaign effectiveness.




n Conduct A/B testing for ad creatives, landing pages, and campaign strategies.
n Collaborate with content, creative, and marketing teams to develop high-performing campaigns.
n Stay updated with the latest digital marketing trends, platform updates, and best practices.
n n Required Skills
n n Hands-on experience in Google Ads and Meta Ads Manager.
n Robust knowledge of GA4, GTM, Google Search Console, and conversion tracking.
n Experience in remarketing, A/B testing, and campaign optimization.
n Strong analytical and data interpretation skills.
n Ability to monitor KPIs and optimize campaigns for lead generation and ROI.
n Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
n n Preferred Qualifications
n n Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Digital Marketing, or a related field.
n Google Ads and Meta Blueprint certifications will be an added advantage.
n Experience in the Education/EdTech industry is preferred.
