Overview:
We’re looking for an experienced Art Director who doesn’t just think outside the box — they throw the box away and start from scratch. If you live and breathe design, have a deep understanding of branding and visual storytelling, and know how to lead a team to bring concepts to life across formats and media, we’d love to meet you. This role demands someone who is passionate, proactive, and can turn even the most complex briefs into brilliant creative.

Responsibilities
:● Own the visual language and design output across multiple brands and campaign
s● Lead the conceptualisation and execution of creatives for print, digital, outdoor, films, and everything in betwee
n● Collaborate with copywriters, creative strategists, and client servicing teams to crack compelling ideas that align with brand strateg
y● Guide and mentor junior designers and visualisers to deliver top-notch wor
k● Translate marketing objectives into clear, consistent, and innovative creative execution
s● Review creative work to ensure it meets high standards and client expectation
s● Present ideas and visuals to internal teams and clients with confidence and clarit
y● Stay up-to-date with current design, advertising, and cultural trends — and know when to follow them or break the
m● Maintain design consistency while working on multiple projects across industrie
s● Manage timelines, delegate work, and ensure timely delivery of all creative asset

Qualifications & Skill
s:● 5-10 years of experience in a mainline advertising agen cy (not digital-only or event-focuse
d)● A robust portfolio demonstrating creativity across formats (ATL, BTL, integrated campaign
s)● Excellent understanding of typography,



layout, colour theory, and brandi
ng● Hands-on experience with Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, etc
)● Strong leadership, communication, and presentation skil
