We are looking for a performance-driven Lead Generation Specialist to join our team and manage lead generation campaigns across Meta (Facebook & Instagram) and Google Ads. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience running performance campaigns and a proven ability to generate high-quality leads at a strong ROI.

Key Responsibilities

- Plan, execute and optimise lead generation campaigns across Meta Ads and Google Ads.
- Develop campaign strategies based on project, audience, location and budget requirements.
- Set up and manage campaigns, audiences, targeting, budgets, creatives and bidding strategies.
- Continuously monitor CPL, CPA, CTR, conversion rates and overall campaign ROI.
- Identify opportunities to reduce cost per qualified lead while improving lead quality.
- Work closely with the creative and content teams to develop high-performing ad creatives and copy.
- Analyse campaign data and provide actionable insights and performance reports.




- Conduct A/B testing of audiences, creatives, messaging and landing pages.
- Track leads through the funnel and optimise campaigns based on lead quality and conversions.
- Stay updated with the latest developments, tools and best practices across Meta and Google Ads.

Candidate Requirements

- Minimum 1 year of hands-on experience in Meta Ads and Google Ads.
- Demonstrable experience in generating leads through paid advertising.
- Solid understanding of performance marketing, targeting, retargeting and campaign optimisation.
- Data-driven mindset with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to manage multiple campaigns and budgets simultaneously.
- Real estate lead-generation experience will be a strong advantage.

Most importantly, we are looking for someone who can demonstrate that they have generated leads and delivered measurable ROI through paid advertising.
