Job Description About the Role
n We are looking for a Senior Interior Designer who will lead residential/commercial interior design projects from concept to completion. This role requires strong design sensibility, technical expertise, client management skills, and the ability to coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely and high-quality project delivery.
n Key Responsibilities
n Design & Project Development
n n Lead the complete interior design process, including concept development, space planning, and detailed design.
n Prepare layout plans, working drawings, and design presentations.
n Develop mood boards, material selections, color schemes, and furniture specifications.
n Ensure designs align with client requirements, budget, and project timelines.
n n Client Management
n n Meet clients to understand requirements, preferences, and functional needs.
n Present design concepts and explain technical details clearly.
n Incorporate client feedback while maintaining design integrity.
n Maintain solid client relationships throughout the project lifecycle.
n Technical & Execution Coordination
n Prepare detailed drawings for execution including modular furniture, electrical, plumbing, and false ceiling layouts.
n Coordinate with site supervisors and execution teams.




n Conduct site visits to ensure design implementation meets specifications.
n Resolve design-related issues during execution.
n n Team Leadership
n n Mentor and guide junior designers.
n Review and approve drawings and design proposals from junior team members.
n Maintain design standards and consistency across projects.
n n Required Qualifications
n n Bachelor's or Master's degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or related field.
n 3 to 7 years of relevant experience in residential interior design.
n Proven experience handling end-to-end interior design projects.
n n Required Skills
n n Strong design visualization and conceptual skills.
n Proficiency in design software such as AutoCAD, SketchUp, and rendering tools.
n Knowledge of materials, finishes, and modular furniture systems.
n Strong space planning and technical drawing skills.
n Excellent communication and client handling abilities.
n Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
n Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
n n Preferred Skills
n n Experience in modular kitchen and wardrobe design.
n Knowledge of site execution and construction processes.
n Experience mentoring junior designers.
